Epsilon Global Hubs - Vietnam

Epsilon Vietnam is a new Tier III certified datacenter facility led by KT Corporation's subsidiary, Epsilon Telecommunications, in the Saigon Hi-Tech Park area of Ho Chi Minh City. Scheduled to be fully operational in Q1 2026, the datacenter will offer 19.2MW of IT load capacity at launch, with the ability to expand to 40MW. The facility spans basement level to 7 floors on 6,056 square meters of land, with a total construction area of 17,220 square meters. It will provide colocation, local/international connectivity, and managed services.

The datacenter has a highly redundant 2N power infrastructure design utilizing separate power sources from different substations to ensure reliability. Businesses operating within the Hi-Tech Park can also take advantage of preferential power rates. The facility is designed for exceptional energy efficiency, targeting an exceptional PUE rating of 1.3x through KT's operational expertise.

From a connectivity perspective, Epsilon Vietnam will offer neutral access to local and international networks, with close proximity to 3 network nodes and 3 submarine cable landing stations. The prime location is also situated in a disaster-free region near Ho Chi Minh City's central business district, with access to major telecommunications provider networks. The datacenter will achieve Uptime Institute's Tier III certification, with the ability to provision Tier IV compliant infrastructure as needed.
