Our Data Center is Carrier-class and Carrier-neutral, featuring a diverse fiber infrastructure, redundant Tier IV distribution (N+N), including redundant and diverse UPS systems, multiple Gen Sets with state-of-the-art paralleling gear, and advanced fire detection and suppression.

Diverse connectivity is provided by multiple carries, including AT&T, Qwest, Global Crossing, Savvis, Time Warner, Integra, XO Communications, Columbia Fiber, SGN, Pacific Northwest GigaPOP, 360 Networks, NoaNet, and One Eighty Networks, among others. Bandwidth is scalable, extending to 10 gigabits and beyond, and sanitized with anti-spam, anti-virus, anti-spyware/greyware, and intrusion detection/protection.

The TierPoint facility is available 24x7x365. Physical security includes closed-circuit surveillance and multiple dual-factor authentication zones via electronic key entry, PIN access, and biometric scan. The facility holds a zone 4 earthquake rating and sits outside the 1,000 year flood plain. It is conveniently located near hotels (600+ rooms within 10 miles), well known restaurants, easy Interstate access and other amenities.
