The Mineral Gap Data Center, located in Wise, Virginia, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the needs of hyperscale, cloud, and enterprise solutions. Spanning 65,000 square feet on a 22-acre campus, it offers expansion capabilities with an additional 50+ acres available. 
The data center boasts robust security measures, including K-rated fencing, anti-ram barriers, and a dedicated armed security force. 

It is equipped with N+2 redundancy for power and cooling, ensuring uninterrupted operation and maintenance. The site connectivity features up to 45 MW of low-cost utility power, with up to 3MW from an adjacent solar farm, and access to major cloud providers.
