EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure, in collaboration with Washington, D.C.-based developer Penzance, has established the AS02 Data Center at 1501 Moran Road in Sterling, Virginia. This state-of-the-art facility spans 285,000 square feet and sits on a 7.6-acre parcel of land. The data center is thoughtfully designed across three stories and boasts an impressive 36 megawatts of power capacity.

The site’s strategic location in Northern Virginia places it within one of the most prominent data center hubs in the world. As part of the region’s robust ecosystem, the AS02 Data Center benefits from multiple fiber access points, ensuring high-speed connectivity to major network providers and cloud services.
