Chirisa Technology Parks, in partnership with AREP-owned PowerHouse Data Centers, has recently expanded its technological footprint with the acquisition of 104 acres in Chesterfield County. This strategic purchase lies adjacent to CTP's current tech campus, setting the stage for significant development.
The new site, aptly named Digital Drive, is poised to become a hub for advanced technology with plans for five AI-ready facilities. These facilities will encompass over 600,000 square feet of space and boast an initial energy capacity of 300MW, courtesy of a substation currently under construction.
With an ambitious vision, the companies aim to enhance Digital Drive's capacity beyond 1GW. The first of these state-of-the-art facilities is slated for completion in 2026, with the entire campus expected to be operational by 2028.
This is a campus listing, that covers multiple data centers.
