Chirisa Technology Park in Richmond, Virginia boasts a large campus designed for high-performance data center needs. The 88-acre property currently houses operational and under-construction data centers, with space allocated for future expansion on an adjacent 130-acre parcel.
The park offers abundant and affordable power with a 30MW temporary solution and a planned 120MW capacity by Q3 2025. Additionally, Chirisa is developing a 300MW substation in collaboration with Dominion Energy. In terms of connectivity, the park features a state-of-the-art fiber network, private high-capacity connections to Ashburn and Virginia Beach, and access to the world's fastest subsea cable, MAREA.
The park sits on an 88-acre parcel with room for expansion, encompassing operational and under-construction facilities (CTP-01, CTP-02, CTP-03) alongside a planned expansion (CTP-06). Additionally, a dedicated substation (CTP-controlled) is in development.
