The Carter's Store Tech Campus is a proposed development by Amazon Data Services, Inc. to establish a cutting-edge data center campus in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Located at 8432 Flippo Drive, south of Fredericksburg and near Interstate-95, the project involves rezoning 314 acres of mostly undeveloped woodland from Rural to Industrial-1 (I-1).

Amazon plans to construct approximately 2.6 million square feet of data center space, along with a substation, in a phased approach targeting completion by 2035. While the precise number of buildings remains uncertain, the campus is expected to play a key role in supporting Amazon's cloud infrastructure and technological advancements.
