The strategic location at Belmont Ridge Road in Arcola, Virginia, is poised for the development of up to 2 million square feet of data center space. The plan includes the potential construction of five data center buildings on the east side of Belmont Ridge Road, which will further enhance the area's capacity to host large-scale data operations.

BlackChamber Group's approach to data center development focuses on creating single-tenant data center powered shells, which are designed to be leased to hyperscale technology companies under long-term, triple-net leases.
