This development is distributed across two landbays: Landbay 1 is designated for up to 531,100 square feet of data center uses, while Landbay 2 is allocated for up to 154,300 square feet of other PD-IP district uses.

The leadership team at BlackChamber Group brings a wealth of experience from the data center sector, particularly from their time at Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), a real estate investment trust specializing in data center properties. This expertise is expected to drive the success of the Dulles 28 Technology Park, which aims to cater to hyperscale technology companies through single-tenant data center powered shells. These facilities are intended to be leased under long-term, triple-net leases, with the eventual goal of selling the leased data center shell assets.
