This 20,000 sf facility is designed with A&B power feeds with separate UPS units, multi-level security, meeting areas as well as kitchen, and lounge spaces available as needed, free WiFi on premises and experienced facility engineers and network professionals on staff to provide support and immediately address and resolve issues. Escorted access is available to enable indoor unloading during inclement weather.

FirstLight's DWDM network gives bulk transport options to New York, Boston and the connectivity to the rest of the globe. FirstLight's multi-Gigabit IP backbone is in the building, peered with multiple Tier 1 providers and private peering arrangements for in-region direct connections to the most trafficked sites ensure optimal connectivity. Other local fiber carriers have a presence in the building for additional data and voice circuit options.

Space available as half-cabinets, full cabinets, cage space, and a few 25-cabinet suites by special engineering. All cabinets are 30" wide for maximum working convenience and PDU plug protection. Remote PDU access to an all-Raritan solution gives per-outlet power usage visibility and reboot control. Multi-factor access policies, crash carts, and out-of-band IP feeds round out the essentials.
