Connect Data Centers by Oppidan

Oppidan has filed plans to construct a 5MW data center in El Paso, Texas. The facility will span 61,555 square feet and will be built on a greenfield site at 9879 North Loop Drive in El Paso County. This $27.1 million project is set to begin in January 2025, with completion expected by January 2026. 

The data center will feature state-of-the-art infrastructure to support modern digital workloads. Oppidan, a Minnesota-based property development firm, has a strong track record in data center projects, having worked with clients such as Oracle and Sabey Corp. This new facility highlights Oppidan's commitment to expanding its footprint and meeting the growing demand for digital infrastructure in the United States.
