PowerHouse Irving is poised to become a landmark data center in the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth market. Spanning 50 acres, this state-of-the-art campus is designed to meet the growing demands for data processing and storage. With a developable area of 946,200 square feet, PowerHouse Irving will feature up to three buildings, each capable of delivering a robust 67 MW of power, totaling a massive 200 MW for the entire campus.

The strategic location of PowerHouse Irving at 111 Customer Way benefits from immediate access to permanent power from an adjacent substation serviced by Oncor, ensuring reliable energy delivery for high-performance operations. The site's development is scheduled to begin in early 2025, with the first powered shell expected to be delivered by late 2025.
