DataBank DFW10 - Red Oak

The DataBank Red Oak data center campus in Dallas, Texas, is set to expand with the construction of a second facility, DFW10. This new two-story data center will cover 425,170 square feet and is part of a $256 million project scheduled to run from February 2025 to August 2028. Located along Stainback Road in Ellis County, the Red Oak campus spans 292 acres and can accommodate up to eight two-story facilities at full build-out.

The first phase of the campus will feature four buildings and a 400MW substation from Oncor, capable of delivering up to 240MW of critical IT power. Completion of the first phase is expected in Q2 2026. DataBank's expansion in Red Oak underscores its significant presence in the Dallas metropolitan area, where it already operates several data centers.
