Tulsa Technology Exchange is a “bunkered” style, mixed use, technology property known as the Phicade building in downtown Tulsa. Formerly used as the western hemisphere data center operations for major oil and gas production, Tulsa Technology Exchange has been converted to a newly available, mixed tier level data center to meet the requirements of our clients with high expectations for quality and service.

Tulsa Technology Exchange is a carrier neutral facility that features high density power, bandwidth and cooling. Additional features include: custom suites, private access, managed services and workspace recovery programs to provide a solution for today’s production and data recovery requirements.

Shared or private burn in areas available. Packaged workspaces dedicated to your company employees in shared areas. Private employee workspaces available. NOC build outs available.

Private Network
Private network entrance areas and NOC operations areas available.

Workspace Recovery
Separate floors and building workspace recovery operations available for up to 10,000 people.
