5CDC Columbus - CMH01

5CDC Columbus, also known as CMH01, is a state-of-the-art data center campus located in the thriving data center market of Columbus, Ohio. Spanning over 40 acres, the facility boasts a live data center with 66,000 square feet of space, which is fully leased and set to deliver its remaining capacity by Q3 2024.

The campus is poised for significant expansion, with plans to add an additional 320,000 square feet of data center capacity. This development will feature 42 data halls optimized for high-density computing, capable of supporting over 100kW per rack.

Powering CMH01 is a dedicated substation from First Energy, with 200MW of power capacity secured and the first 100MW scheduled for delivery by Q1 2025.
