The data center boasts redundant power and cooling systems backed by dual generators, utility power from two diverse substations with separate building entrances, and multiple local access network providers. It offers a range of services including backup and recovery, replication, security, systems and application management, and network services.

The Hilliard Data Center prioritizes security with intrusion detection and prevention measures for both interior and exterior spaces. Access to the facility and data center is strictly controlled through security badges, personal identification numbers, card readers, and closed-circuit camera surveillance. Power protection is ensured through diverse commercial power feeds, N+1 UPS systems, fully diverse PDUs, and two 2000KW Caterpillar generators with sufficient fuel for at least 36 hours. The cooling system features Environmental Control Units (ECUs), a backup 200-ton reciprocating chiller, and maintained humidity levels between 30-40%.
