The facility is expected to deliver four megawatts of power at full capacity, with an initial build requiring one megawatt of power over 4,000 square feet of space.

Construction of the American Tower Raleigh Data Center began in June 2024, with completion targeted for the first quarter of 2025. This groundbreaking project marks American Tower's entry into a new class of data center offerings, setting a precedent for future developments in the field of edge computing.
