Overview
Niagara Falls Redevelopment (NFR), in collaboration with Urbacon Data Centre Solutions, has proposed a $1.5 billion data center campus in Niagara Falls, New York, known as the Niagara Digital Campus. The project aims to deliver 140MW of capacity across approximately 600,000 square feet of high-security, technologically advanced data center space.
Located at the intersection of Rainbow and John B. Daly Boulevards, the campus will include the construction of a new electrical substation to enhance grid reliability and supply power to the facility. The development is expected to create 5,600 construction jobs and 550 permanent positions, contributing significantly to the local economy.
NFR has filed a Planned Unit District (PUD) application with the City of Niagara Falls to enable flexible zoning for the project.
