Core42 - G42 Company

Core42, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based tech group G42, has entered into a ten-year data center lease agreement with TeraWulf. Under this agreement, TeraWulf will deliver over 70MW of turn-key data center infrastructure at the Lake Mariner facility in Upstate New York. This infrastructure will be deployed in phases between Q1 and Q3 2025.

The Lake Mariner facility will support Core42's expanding AI infrastructure offerings in North America. The data halls will be customized to accommodate Core42's GPU clusters, featuring integrated Dell IR5000 racks and direct liquid-cooled Dell PowerEdge XE9680L GPU servers. Core42 also retains an option for an additional 135MW capacity to be delivered in early 2026.

This strategic partnership positions TeraWulf at the intersection of AI compute and Bitcoin mining, leveraging scalable, energy-efficient infrastructure to meet the growing demand for AI-driven computing solutions.
