The data center is designed to be a two-story complex, providing a significant power capacity of 65 MW, which is scheduled for delivery in October 2025.

The development of PowerHouse Reno marks PowerHouse Data Centers' expansion beyond northern Virginia, establishing its first site in Reno, Nevada.
