Farmington Technology Park - Building 11

Tract, a developer known for master-planned data center parks, is embarking on a new project outside Minneapolis, Minnesota. The proposed Farmington Technology Park is set to transform a 343-acre site, previously the Fountain Valley Golf Course, into a state-of-the-art data center campus. This ambitious development is poised to include up to 12 data center buildings and two administrative buildings, covering over 2.53 million square feet.

The strategic location in Dakota County was recently annexed into the City of Farmington, aligning with the city's vision for mixed-use commercial and industrial growth. The project has already received unanimous approval from the Farmington Planning Commission for land rezoning and a preliminary plan, marking a significant step forward in the realization of this tech hub.
