Lifeline Data Centers Eastgate facility is a 41 acre former shopping mall complex with colocation, secure office space and parking.  The Burlington building in the northwest corner is the first of many data centers.  All other buildings are available as secure office space or staging space.

What kind of building is it in? 
Lifeline Data Centers occupies a 1958 fallout shelter grade 60,000 square foot department store building.  The structure is concrete and steel with a 10" concrete roof.  Floor loading is rated at 250 pounds per square foot.  Five other buildings are under the same roof and are available as secure office space.

Is there easy access to highways or other important methods of transport?
Lifeline is 22 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport and 2 minutes from I-70.  Located in the heartland of the United States, over half the population lives within a day's drive.

Lifeline has plenty of reserved parking for its clients.

What tier class is it? 
Lifeline is a TIA-942 compliant data center built with N+N redundancy.  Lifeline provides 99.995% uptime, which is similar to the highest tier of the Uptime Institute.

How much power is available? 
Lifeline is on the Indianapolis Power and Light (IPL) internal grid and has virtually unlimited power.  Two power feeds from IPL are in service today.  All clients receive true AB power from two discrete power feed/generator/ups systems.

Lifeline builds solid  floor data centers space with overhead power and connectivity.  
Lifeline employs N+N chilled water cooling.
