Originally built in 1999 for E*TRADE, the 165,000-square-foot facility has undergone renovations in 2008 and 2020 to enhance its infrastructure. It offers 5.4MW of 2N critical capacity, expandable to 8.1MW at N+1, ensuring robust performance and reliability.

Situated on a 14.4-acre site, the data center also includes available land for an additional 140,000 square feet of future development. This makes it a prime location for expansion and multi-tenant colocation opportunities. The facility is fully leased to two investment-grade tenants, highlighting its strategic value in the Tier 1 data center market.
