Data Shelter DS1 is a state-of-the-art data center housed in a 1964 Cold War-era nuclear bomb shelter. This facility boasts a Tier IV Design Certification, ensuring the highest level of fault tolerance and redundancy. The structure is built with double-layer steel-reinforced concrete and sits on a nine-foot-thick blast slab, providing unparalleled physical security.

The data center features a fully redundant power system, including self-sufficient power regeneration capabilities. It is equipped with a waterless fire prevention system and advanced Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) emergency air filtration for critical occupied spaces. Additionally, the facility is designed to mitigate Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) and radiowave interference, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
