CoreSite Denver (DE3)

CoreSite's DE3 data center in Denver, Colorado, represents a significant expansion in the company's infrastructure capabilities. Slated to open in 2025, this facility is the first of a three-building campus development that will offer approximately 322,000 square feet of data center space. With a focus on high efficiency and reliability, DE3 will provide 18 critical megawatts (CMW) of capacity in its 97,000-square-foot space, designed to support the demanding requirements of modern IT infrastructures.

The DE3 data center is engineered with state-of-the-art features to ensure optimal performance and security. It will include N+1 configuration for utilities, N+1 generator maintenance operations, and a robust cooling system with water-side economization. Security measures such as biometric scanners, mantrap entries, and 24x7x365 on-site security personnel underscore CoreSite's commitment to safeguarding client assets. Additionally, the facility's strategic location above the 500-year flood plain and its access to dual city water sources further enhance its resilience.
