The proposed Bowers Data Center, occupying a five-acre site at 2805 Bowers Avenue, is envisioned as a four-story facility spanning 244,070 square feet (22,675 square meters).

This ambitious project includes the construction of a new substation to support the 72MW capacity required by the data center. The development plan indicates a transformative upgrade from the existing office property, promising to enhance the technological infrastructure of the area.
