Spanning over 7.5 acres, the data center includes two large data structures with an office building situated centrally. The total square footage of the facility is approximately 312,200, according to city planning documents. This expansive space is designed to support the vast data management needs of China Mobile's operations.

However, the project has faced legal challenges, with several subcontractors filing lawsuits to recover unpaid construction work fees. Despite these setbacks, the data center is a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with advanced technology to ensure secure and efficient data processing and storage. The operational status of the data center has been under scrutiny, with reports indicating periods of closure, which underscores the complex nature of such large-scale infrastructure projects.
