This significant investment, amounting to $246.8 million, marks the development of a second data center in the region, replacing a former dairy farm. The new facility is located on the planned the Hermosa Ranch Technology Campus, a master-planned area designed for data center, restaurant, and retail uses, enhancing the technological infrastructure of the area.

Located at the southwest corner of Avondale Boulevard and Lower Buckeye Road, the site sits within a federally designated opportunity zone, offering potential tax benefits. QTS's commitment to providing state-of-the-art data center solutions is evident in this expansion, which promises to meet the growing demand for large scale, flexible, and efficient data center space in North America.
