Yondr London - Building 1

Yondr Group's inaugural data center on its London campus signifies a pivotal advancement in the UK's data center landscape. Operational since July 22, 2024, this facility marks the first 20MW phase of a 30MW building, setting the stage for a substantial 100+MW data center campus. Strategically situated in Slough, West London, the site is recognized as a major hub for the UK data center industry.

The construction of this state-of-the-art data center was completed in under two years, showcasing Yondr Group's commitment to rapid and efficient development. The project is not only a technical achievement but also a model of sustainability, aiming for BREEAM 'Very Good' certification and utilizing hydrotreated vegetable oil in its backup generators to reduce carbon emissions.

Yondr's focus extends beyond infrastructure; it encompasses social impact and nurturing future talent. Collaborating with the University Technical College at Heathrow, the project contributes to skill development in the data center sector. With this launch, Yondr fortifies its global presence, reinforcing its reputation as a developer of hyperscale data centers across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
