The facility ensures maximum resilience with physically diverse fiber routes, a 100% Power SLA, and a 99.999% Network SLA. Additional amenities include free on-site parking, kitchen, and meeting room facilities.

Security at the Redcentric Gatwick Data Centre is robust, featuring 24/7/365 support staff, a gated and secure compound, and 24/7/365 monitored internal and external HD CCTV. Access is controlled with swipe in/out cards, and the facility is ISO 27001 certified. Cabinets are secured with three-digit combination locks, with key and biometric lock options available. The cooling infrastructure is highly efficient, utilizing adiabatic cooling towers (PUE 1.14), N+1 cooling, and options for rear-door and immersion cooling racks for high-performance computing systems.

The power infrastructure includes 3 MVA of power with a standard maximum draw per rack of 32 Amps/7.4kW, and specialist high-density racks capable of up to 63 Amps (3 phase)/44kW. The facility features 2N UPS and backup generators, with on-site fuel providing 72 hours of continuous operation. Fire protection systems include a VESDA system for early detection, conventional smoke detectors, and Argonite fire suppression. Located at 17-19 Kelvin Lane, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 9EY, the data center is easily accessible from Junction 10 of the M23, and is minutes from Gatwick Airport, situated in the Manor Royal Business District.
