The datacenter's dedicated user is a leading global hosting company, which, by partnering with Switch Datacenters, has significantly accelerated its market presence both in the Netherlands and internationally. The AMS3 facility offers power, cooling, and facilitatory services based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), with the contract structured in blocks of DC capacity that the customer can utilize as needed.

In terms of specifications, AMS3 covers a total surface area of 11,000 m², with a net white space of 3,239 m² when fully occupied. The power infrastructure is robust, featuring a distributed redundant design and electrical equipment installed by Schneider Electric. The cooling infrastructure is equally impressive, with an indirect adiabatic cooling system and ultra-low energy usage, boasting a cooling PUE of 1.04.
