The UIH BCH4 IDC is a state-of-the-art data center designed to support digital revolutions with comprehensive services. It offers a carrier-neutral environment, allowing customers the freedom to choose any service provider, ensuring a perfect fit for their network infrastructure needs. With a robust fiber-optic network operating at terabits-per-second speeds, the data center facilitates rapid and reliable data exchange across strategic locations in Thailand and connects to three global-hosting data centers in Asia.

UIH's data center services are backed by over 20 years of experience and include counseling on data center topology design, sourcing third-party data centers, and providing implementation, relocation, operation, and management services. The data center's power systems and redundancy schemes meet international standards, guaranteeing a 99.99% uptime as part of their Service Level Agreement.

For enhanced security, UIH offers two types of private areas: one surrounded by a metal cage with multi-factor authentication access control, and another in a private room with solid fire-resistant walls. Additionally, the data center's fire suppression system includes an early warning detection system and high sensitivity smoke detectors, working in conjunction to release IG-100 (Nitrogen gas) to suppress fires without harming computer and network equipment.
