Form8tion Madrid One - Building 3

The Madrid One data center campus, spearheaded by Form8tion, marks a significant advancement in the digital infrastructure of Spain. Situated on the grounds of a former Coca-Cola bottling plant, this ambitious project will ultimately deliver over 100MW of capacity across a sprawling 60,000 square meter area.

Phase one of the development is already underway, with a 24MW facility set to be the first of five buildings within the 70-acre campus. These state-of-the-art facilities are designed to offer build-to-suit options for a wide range of data center consumers, with the flexibility to expand from an initial 6MW up to 30MW per facility, depending on rack density.

Form8tion's commitment to sustainability is evident in their approach to powering the campus. The company plans to secure power purchase agreements to supply energy to the site and will use HVO for its backup fuel generators where viable. Additionally, the incorporation of living walls into the site's design underscores their dedication to environmental considerations.
