IaaS Datacenter, owned and operated by Hispaweb, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the highest standards of performance and security. Located in the heart of the city's technology district, this newly constructed building was extensively restructured and expanded between 2021 and 2023 to house a cutting-edge data center.

The facility is specifically designed for the housing and safeguarding of IT equipment, featuring open spaces with five-meter-high ceilings to accommodate various operational needs. The building is standalone, ensuring a clear security perimeter and reducing the risk of intrusions.

One of the key features of the IaaS Datacenter is its robust fiber optic infrastructure. Hundreds of meters of civil works around the building ensure easy access for any telecommunications operator, facilitating the incorporation of new operators and guaranteeing redundancy in fiber access. This setup ensures that the data center remains highly accessible and secure, with fiber routes entering the building from different facades and routes.
