Slated for availability in Q4 2023, this data center is strategically located near Spain’s commercial and political hub, offering prime access to Southern Europe's largest concentration of data centers and cloud services. The facility boasts a new build construction with a solar glass façade, three stories, and two loading dock bays, ensuring operational excellence and aesthetic appeal.

Security is paramount, with 24/7/365 access, two meet-me rooms, and multiple fiber providers ensuring robust connectivity through three diverse points of entry. The Tier III design is concurrently maintainable, promising an uptime SLA of 99.9999%, reflecting an estimated "six nines" of availability.

The center's innovative cooling systems support up to 70 kW per rack with air cooling and up to 200 kW with liquid cooling integration, all while operating carbon-neutral—utilizing green energy programs, solar and wind PPAs, and certified carbon credits.
