K Square Data Centre

K Square Data Center is a high-performance data center located in Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, developed by Koramco Asset Management. The facility spans 41,214 square meters across three basement floors and 11 ground floors, designed to support advanced digital infrastructure. Construction began in June 2021, with completion expected in the first half of 2025.

The data center has received a five-star rating from GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), marking the first time a domestic data center in Korea has achieved this distinction. Koramco has prioritized renewable energy efficiency, integrating solar power, fuel cells, and water recycling systems to enhance sustainability. The facility also features automated environmental controls, ensuring a pleasant indoor and outdoor atmosphere through cutting-edge technology.

K Square Data Center is positioned as a key digital hub, supporting cloud computing, AI, and high-performance computing. Its eco-friendly design and commitment to sustainability reinforce its role in South Korea’s digital transformation.
