The most important parameter of each data centre is availability of service. Availability depends on all components ensuring operation of technologies. Among the basic ones we should mention uninterrupted power supply, and Internet connection or connection to private data networks.
It is, however, equally important to ensure the right operating temperature in the server rooms as well as theft or damage protection.
We are also well prepared for different emergencies, such as a fire, earthquake or floods.
We leave nothing to chance and have detailed contingency plans to ensure continuous operation and quick resolution of all emerging problems.

When selecting the location of our data centre, one of the most important criteria was quick and easy access for our customers. We did not take up another free plot of land or build yet another ordinary looking building. We chose the path of redevelopment (brown-field) as our contribution to environmental protection.

The Uptime Institute has defined the quality standards for modern data centre classification known as the TIER rating. According to these standards our data centre was classified as TIER III with some parts even meeting the standards of TIER IV.

What this means in practice is that the number of active components taking the IT load has been sized to N+1, all distribution paths (electrical, data, air-conditioning) operate in the 1 active + 1 passive mode, components are hot-swappable without interrupting the operation and continuous cooling is available according to the current load (or density).

We are one of the few companies in this region which can actually meet all space, power supply and rack cooling requirements (high density).
