3data's SA107 Data Center is situated in the A+ class Synkovo Technologistic Park. This facility is 3data's first data center outside Moscow, offering computing infrastructure within close proximity to organizations in the southern districts of the Moscow Region.

3data's SA107 features a Tier 2 modular design with scalability options through additional modules. It is equipped with N+1 semi-industrial air conditioning, a 2N electric distribution network, and a monoblock UPS for uninterrupted power. Safety measures include gas fire extinguishing, fire alarms, and a unified grounding system for all equipment.

3data's SA107 ensures robust security with access control, continuous monitoring systems, and video surveillance archived for three months. The facility includes an entrance vestibule, equipment room, and spare parts storage, all within a private guarded area offering free customer parking.
