Located in Southern Norway’s Agder region, just outside Kristiansand with good access to international flights, our N01 Campus lies on a 300-hectare (3km²) site. Adjacent to the largest transformer station in Europe, with direct and redundant connections to multiple hydropower stations supplying 100% renewable energy.
N01 Campus offers options for colocation and build-to-suit. Zoned specifically for data centers the initial two phases include 4 separate land parcels provisioned for up to 600MW of power.
The Kristiansand Transformation Station is directly fed from over 100 hydro turbines at regional hydro stations and also
features bi-directional power connectors into mainland Europe. This highly resilient and strategic location ensures
N01 campus can expand to massive scale and with high levels of availability on power.
With 3 subsea cables terminating into the campus and 4 terrestrial routes, N01 is perfect for both international and national organisations looking for power availability, ultra scalability, sustainability and connectivity options.
A new 42MW facility (DCM102) is being constructed at the 300-hectare site and connect to the existing 125MVA dual onsite sub-stations.
In addition to the current construction-ready levelled land area of 265,000 sqm, Bulk will also undertake the preparation of an additional 300,000 sqm to facilitate future expansion of the data center facilities.
As part of the longer-term scaling at the N01 Data Center Campus, Bulk is working jointly with regional and national grid companies to add 300MW of additional, redundant power capacity that allows for continued large scale data center expansion, both for hyperscale and colocation facilities.
