Bulk Data Centers' DCM100 facility as part of the N01 Campus, offers 1500 sqm of secure, highly efficient, and resilient white space for colocation.

It features a flexible design to support mixed densities, with racks, cages, or suites available. The facility has a total capacity of up to 4MW IT load, powered by dual onsite substations and N+1 standby generators. It employs energy-efficient cooling solutions, including indirect air-to-air cooling with adiabatic systems and free cooling chillers, aiming for a design PUE of less than 1.20. DCM101 offers carrier-neutral connectivity with access to various carrier solutions, cloud on-ramps, dark fiber, and direct connections to international subsea fiber systems. Security measures include a 3-meter high security fence, thermal imaging cameras, multi-layer access control, vehicle traps, man traps, biometric readers, and full CCTV coverage.
