KIO Toluca

KIO MEX6 is a large data center facility located 52 kilometers from Mexico City that commenced operations in 2008. It features a total of four data halls with 610 square meters of raised floor space each, reinforced with anti-seismic pedestals. The site has 2N electrical redundancy with 8 x 900kW UPS systems and 8 x 2MW redundant generators providing 6 days of backup diesel autonomy. KIO MEX6 implements advanced security controls including biometric access, around-the-clock manned security, CCTV monitoring, and multi-zone fire suppression systems. It offers carrier-neutral connectivity with direct access to over 10 telecommunications providers.
