The CloudHQ QRO Campus is located close to the Queretaro airport (QRO), and will support a total critical load of 288 MW. The campus is located on a 518,470 m2 plot.
The campus is also known as the Colón Datacenter Complex.
The data center campus will consist of 6 buildings with 48 MW of critical power each, powered by an on-site substation.
- QRO1: 48 MW critical power + 454,340 square feet / 42,209 square meters
- QRO2: 48 MW critical power + 454,340 square feet / 42,209 square meters
- QRO3: 48 MW critical power + 454,340 square feet / 42,209 square meters
- QRO4: 48 MW critical power + 454,340 square feet / 42,209 square meters
- QRO5: 48 MW critical power + 454,340 square feet / 42,209 square meters
- QRO6: 48 MW critical power + 454,340 square feet / 42,209 square meters
Construction is due to begin no later than the first quarter of 2024 and is expected to generate more than 600 full time jobs, along with 1250 temporary jobs during construction.
