HostDime is continuing its global expansion by developing a massive 100,000 square foot Tier IV data center in Guadalajara, Mexico. Upon completion, this purpose-built facility will represent only the second public Tier IV certified data center in the country.

The Guadalajara data center will follow HostDime's next-generation design standards for its global portfolio. It will be ICREA Level V certified and offer colocation services like private data center suites, cages, and racks. Client amenities and available on-site office space are also planned.

From a connectivity perspective, the Mexico facility will be a carrier-neutral data center with a managed Layer 2 network (HostDime AS33182). It is being designed with dual high capacity fiber entry conduits and to enable high internet exchange peering capabilities. Multiple top-tier network providers will be available.

The highly redundant power infrastructure provides 6MW of total capacity with 3MW of UPS capacity for IT loads. It targets 99.995% availability and up to 20kW per rack density, along with an ultra-low 1.3 PUE once stabilized.

The advanced cooling design features hot/cold aisle containment, redundant 3N cooling systems with Trane chillers, and software-defined building management.

Robust physical security measures include a perimeter fence, 24/7 armed guards, facial recognition man-traps, and 360-degree cloud-based surveillance monitoring.

With this investment in Guadalajara, known as "Mexico's Silicon Valley", HostDime aims to establish a highly connected global edge data center to serve the region's growing technology and cloud ecosystem.
