YTL Johor Data Center 6

YTL's Johor Data Center 6, located in the Iskandar region of Johor, Malaysia, is a built-to-suit facility for a large multinational corporation (MNC) customer. This data center is expected to be ready for service in mid-2025 and will operate with a power capacity of 40 MW. The facility is designed to be compatible with 52RU racks and has no raised floor provision, reflecting YTL's commitment to efficient and modern data center operations.

The Johor Data Center 6 features a concurrently maintainable distributed redundant LV power distribution system for IT load and cooling load, as well as a concurrently maintainable N+1 chilled water system with a thermal buffer storage tank. The design ensures high performance and reliability, with a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of less than 1.4.
