YTL's Johor Data Center 1, located in the Iskandar region of Johor, Malaysia, is a 530,000 sqft development offering excellent diversity in power and connectivity. This facility operates with a capacity of up to 72 MW and is the first data center in the region to be powered by solar energy, reflecting YTL's commitment to sustainability and reducing carbon footprints.

The Johor Data Center 1 features a three-story building with two wings of Data Hall suites and M&E rooms, totaling 24 Data Hall suites. It also provides onsite office space, storage, and parking facilities. The facility is certified with TCDD, TCCF, ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO50001, PCI-DSS, and TVRA design compliance, ensuring high standards of operation and security.
