Digital Hyperspace Johor

Digital Hyperspace Malaysia has acquired 35 acres of land in Johor's i-TechValley industrial park from AME Elite Consortium Bhd. This strategic purchase, valued at RM210.3 million, involves 11 plots of freehold industrial land located in the Pulai area of Johor Bahru. The site is part of the Southern Industrial and Logistics Cluster (SILC), a growing hub for data center developments.

Digital Hyperspace Malaysia, a subsidiary of Quantum DC (HK) Limited, specializes in providing infrastructure for hosting, data processing services, and related activities. The acquisition highlights Johor's emergence as a key player in the data center market, benefiting from its proximity to Singapore and robust infrastructure. This land bank is expected to support future data center projects, catering to the increasing demand for digital services in the region.
