Strategically located 30 km from the center of Tokyo in a disaster-resistant area, Tama 3 is engineered with a hybrid earthquake-proof structure. This design provides an added layer of protection against long-period earthquake ground motions, making it one of the safest locations for critical data infrastructure in the region.

In addition to its technical prowess, Tama 3 offers a range of amenities for customer operations, including conference rooms, rest areas, operation rooms, nap rooms, and shower facilities. Each floor is equipped with a staging room to facilitate a smooth setup and launch of IT systems.
