TR-IX - Turkish Internet Exchange

TR-IX is Turkey's first local Internet Exchange Point (IXP), designed to enhance BGP peering and knowledge within the country. It operates with a policy of connecting everyone with everyone, without commercial goals, and is managed by its members. TR-IX facilitates traffic exchange between members over dedicated VLANs, reducing connection costs and providing secure, high-speed access through the BGP protocol. Members can choose from 100Mbps, 1Gbps, or 10Gbps port options. The platform ensures secure BGP peering by blocking incorrect routes and offers private VLAN configurations for direct member connections.
