PhIX - Philippine Internet Exchange

The Philippine Internet Exchange (PhIX) is a facility that allows direct peering of PLDT's broadband subscribers with other content network providers. This service, known as Direct Content Peering (DCP), enables efficient internet routing by exchanging internet traffic locally.
