JumboIX - Jumbo Internet Exchange

The Jumbo Internet Exchange (JumboIX) by IPTP Networks is designed to complement traditional Internet Exchanges. It offers a global public Internet Exchange service with a hybrid L2/L3 network topology and jumbo frame capability (up to 9000 byte MTU). This allows for higher data speeds for large data transfers between geographically dispersed locations when both locations use the same jumbo frame-capable provider.

JumboIX is ideal for specialized applications such as VPNs, database synchronization, high-speed continuous streaming, big data, data warehousing, and site replication for disaster recovery. The platform is currently available in trial mode in multiple locations worldwide, enabling businesses to test their platforms on jumbo frames instantly.
